Dukeries MC unfortunately confirm that the Flying Fortress Stages, slated for June 29th 2025 will not be able to run as planned.
We maintain excellent relations with the Boughton Estate, on which the Grafton Underwood airfield is located. We had initial plans in place that would allow us to organise a stage rally in June 2025 that utilised similar roads within the airfield as we have previously used on the Flying Fortress Stages to give enough mileage and challenge to be a worthy successor to previous events.
However, unavailability of the “Shackletons” complex at Boughton Wood for 2025 and the the loss of the main service area at Cookes Barns due to new building works and estate office moves means that we would have very limited options and mileage available to us for this year meaning the event will not be returning quite yet.
We remain in contact with the Estate, and we are still hopeful of being able to run events on the Grafton Airfield and Boughton Estates venues in future years.
